This website provides general information about Rubaru Tech, our ecommerce technology services and ways to contact us. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability or normal operation.
No automatic client relationship
Submitting a contact form, booking a call or exchanging messages with us does not create a client relationship by itself. Client work begins only when both sides approve a proposal, statement of work, contract or other written agreement.
Service information
Website content is intended to explain our services at a high level. Final scope, timelines, pricing, responsibilities, response expectations and deliverables are defined separately for each client or project.
Third-party platforms
Ecommerce work often depends on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, analytics tools, payment providers, apps, hosting, fulfillment services and marketing systems. Their availability, policies, fees and behavior are outside our direct control.
Results and business outcomes
We bring technical execution and senior ecommerce judgment to the work, but we do not guarantee sales, rankings, profitability, platform approval or other business outcomes unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Rubaru Tech name, brand assets, website design, copy and materials on this site may not be copied or reused without permission. Client deliverables and ownership terms are handled in the applicable written agreement.
